If you are busy and cannot attend the VFS offices to submit your application form in person, we can do this on your behalf for a small administration fee. You can fill in your application form and pay the visa fees online (click here). Once you have done so you then need to print your application form and post it to us with the following documents:

• Your signed application form.
• Your passport (minumum six months validity and must have two pages free).
• Two 5cm x 5cm photo's (with a white background).

The usual turn around time is minimum 2-3 working days majority of passports. If you are not a British national, you can also take advantage of our services, providing you have stayed in the UK for more then a year. You will need to fill in your applicaton online, and send it to us with the following documents:

• Your signed application form.
• Your passport (minumum six months validity and must have two pages free).
• Two passport size photos (with a white background). The usual turn around time is minimum 2-3 working days.
• Two bank statments, one from last month, and one from last year. (please bear in mind that these ducoments will not be returned!)
• If you are a civil cervant you will need a letter from your employer stating the reason for your journey.
